According to Kevin Anderton, over 40% of video gamers claims that the main benefit of gaming is that it improves your mental health in a positive way, and that gaming forms special and strong friendships with people from all around the world.
This is great for the gamers as individuals, but also for the society as it helps the big mental health issue which reads as follows – 1/5 in the United States suffers from bad mental health every year.
Another pro and opportunity of gaming is learning along the way. Enhances learning are experienced a lot when it comes to gamers.
When playing a game, you can learn different things – such as languages, history and even culture. This is because these things are involved in the games, and without even knowing it, learning is involved.
