Pleasure and healthiness do not always go together. As a society we have figured out many was for us to feel good, but they are not always healthy. What are the things that actually make us happy, and do they have to be unhealthy?
There are many things that make us feel good. It can be our favourite food, a good videogame, Netflix show or being around someone that we love.
This pleasure benefits us by making us less stressed, happier and in general feel better. But there is also a bad side to it. People often use these things as an escape from their problems.
