Indledning
We can all have preconceptions of others just by looking at them, but we should not give them ascribed identities because we can no longer judge people by their skin color or nationality.
For example, not all Chinese eat cats and dogs, neither all Muslim are terrorists and extremists. That’s why the first episode of tv-series “We are lady parts” by Nida Manzoor is one of the best examples of why we shouldn’t prejudice other people.

There are a couple of themes in the episode. Culture clashes could be one of the themes because already in the beginning of the episode the Muslim guy denies marrying Amina because she plays music (01:27)
and in the extremist Muslim cultures the music is prohibited where in western culture it is totally fine to play music.
So, one of the themes could be to show culture clashes between Middle eastern- and European culture. Although religion could also be the theme in fact mostly every character in the episode is Muslim.
The episode contains mostly young people and that’s why youth could also be one of the themes. Besides that, love is also one of the themes owning to the fact that Amina falls in love with Ahsan (15:30).
