When her husband became president, the first thing he did when he started at the office, was to set a goal for the country.
He sat this goal because he wanted his country to have the highest proportion of college graduates in the world, because they slipped from 1st. place to 12th. place.
So, Obama wants the high school students to be number one in 2020, because that’s his goal. But not just to be the number one in the country, but so the student IS going to have a high education, a good career and to be able to provide for their family.
