Uddrag
The three boys were very different and had almost nothing in common. Johnny was always noisy, did stupid things and got into trouble.
Deep down, Johnny was sensitive because his mother died of starvation so he could continue school. After his mother died, he built up a front. He started to be ridiculed for others but was the same Johnny to Tommy and Peter.
When they finished school, they split up. Johnny wanted to see the world. Peter wanted to learn about his people and live life as a writer.
Tommy and Johnny were worried about him because he was so poor, but he was sure that's what he wanted.
Johnny went to another town so he could escape with a boat. Tommy took a teaching role after the holidays. And Peter was going into the land with the natives.
