Death can be hard to understand especially when it runs inside your own family. Everybody has their own way to deal with death some cry some stay silent, and some do it a third way.
When you experience the death of someone you loved it can be really hard to let them go. If you don’t let them go you can have a hard time getting over the loss and that can curse problems.
In this story, our narrator has a hard time letting go of her dead family and that gives her some problems in her everyday life.

Annie is the last member of her family who is still living. She has a normal job and is not married and is middle-aged.
Annie is dating Thomas throughout the story, but their relationship ends as the story does. Annie is a very chill and sensitive person which is also why she has so many problems letting go of her dead family.
Annie and her father have a lot of encounters throughout the story and they seem to be on good terms. But Annie and her Farther often argue about Thomas because he is a protestant.
The Farther appears every now and then in the story and talks to Annie and tells her about what he thinks of her decisions.
There is a few different themes in the story one of them could be death. we all have to die someday that’s for sure but in no angel, the focus is on accepting death.
