Indledning
Political biasing is a common thing when Americans are voting for the presidential election. Some people see this as a bad thing and therefore worry about the future of America.
Political biasing and polarization is the topic in the editorial “be wary of political polarization” written by The Whit Staff, October 14, 2020.
This editorial deals with the fact that people in America are biasing politicians and wants to advise how to vote from a proper foundation for the Presidential Election 2020.

“We believe that we should diversify our news sources and come to our own conclusion (…) And we should vote for the candidates who most accurately reflect our thoughts on how our society should run”.
They use these arguments to argue for why we should not vote based on biases and that we have to avoid political polarization.
The reason for this is that people need to create their own opinion on how they want society to look and then vote on the candidate that they think could fulfill their ideas.
Instead of just voting because of a particular person or party. They also use the argument: “We need to remember that the world is constantly changing and so too must our beliefs and opinions”.
Everything changes and therefore before voting people need to create their own opinion and think about how they want the world to change instead of voting blindly. I would say that the text does succeed to show the writer's intentions.
