The army in both Denmark, England, and the United States is short of soldiers who can eventually become the new officers in the future.
Denmark, England, and the United States have made a commercial for their army. they show something different, which I will come to.

We see some young soldiers waking up. They start working out a bit in the dormitory, then they work out in the gym. We see them partying, there is also one who is on a skateboard.
We see flashback clips of the Danish military in the old days, after which they show what it's like to be deployed to other countries.
Fighter aircraft are shown firing missiles, tanks firing, and large naval ships. They have a good relationship with each other.
They have fun, they party and tease each other. The body language is very free, no large groups of soldiers marching as you see in the movies.
