Where and when?
The aftermath and conclusion (what changed after the shooting)
I don’t understand how the us can let things like that happen. How the allow their students to fear their life when all they want to do is go to school.
Instead of stopping young people from getting guns they redecorate the room as if a school shooting is just a part of the experience being a student in the USA
Where and when?
It was valentine’s day, a day filled with love. It looked like any other day at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. But it turned out to be the worst day of many of the student’s lives.
The shooting is one of the deadliest school shootings in us history.
The year before the shooting parkland was voted the safest city in Florida by The National Council for Home Safety and Security
February 14, at 2:19 p.m. a gold uber vehicle pulled up to the school. One of the staff members recognized Nikolas and reported it to a security colleague but nothing more than that.
Cruz then proceeds to walk inside building 12 from the east stairwell where he meets a student. He warns the student by saying “You better get out of here, something bad is about to happen”.
Just seconds later he fires the first shots and immediately kills 3 students in the hallway. He shoots into 4 classrooms and end up killing 11 people and injuring 13.
This was only the first floor. They heard enough on the second floor, so they were warned. Nobody got hurt
a teacher even says in the documentary I saw that she heard Cruz say out loud “No one is here” even tho he believed no one where there he shot into 2 classrooms.
All the smoke from the gunshots sat off the fire alarm. Which led to the hallway on the third floor being filled by student and teachers.
That’s when Cruz is on his way up the stairs, he kills one person on the stairs. Students hears the gunshots from the stairs and is now desperately trying to get back into the classrooms.
