Indledning
The difference between skin colors is a very controversial topic, which it has been since slavery started in the 1600s. The tolerance of a different skin color, than your own, has improved over time.
However, racism is still something people still get exposed to. Racism all started with slavery and white colonies on African land, which among others led to British colonies in the country.

The short story is about a woman, Annelie, who is giving a statement to the police throughout the story. The story’s composition is very interesting, because of it’s flashbacks and it’s constant traveling in time.
The story begins with the main character’s flashbacks from the past. Then the story returns to the main narrative, which is a mix between the flashbacks from the past and the statement by Annelie.
