Indledning
Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen, I'm so happy to see so many of you are with us here today.

As you might have seen in the program I'll start out talking about the development in retailing in the past years. Some things from the past are worth sticking with and other things should be dumped in favour of the rapid development.

Then I'm going to talk about the environment, what needs to be done and what you can do to help this. Finally, I'll give my guess on how I think the business of retailing will look like in the future. If you have any questions please save them till the end - then I'll answer them in the best possible way.

Uddrag
To sum it up and give you something concrete you can use - it's important to draw the advantage of the technology we have today, it's a must.

But be careful, technology can't solve every problem for you. Keep in mind that some customers like to be advised by staff.

It's important to find the right balance between automation and personal guidance. There're both good and bad sides of using technology.
