The main characters in the story "Tell me" is the crime scene investigator, Grace McColl. Grace is tasked with finding out what happened to the victim, who is an unknown girl.
In addition to that, the unknown girl Grace investigates and interrogates in the park, is a main character as well.
Throughout the story, it is assumed that the girl is alive, as the girl and Grace McColl have several dialogues and it is also told that the girl shrugged which can be seen on page 40 line 1 "" spose ", the girl shrugged".
