Indledning
The Glass Castle is a movie from 2017 based on Jeannette Walls life story, which is a never-ending crazy adventure of four siblings that must learn to take care of themselves at a young age. The journey is told form the eyes of Jeannette walls.
It involves her experiencing things a child should never experience, skedaddling all the time due to her family being broke, and parents who can barely take care of themselves, much less their own children.
Although her childhood was most unfortunate due to her neglectful parents, Jeannette and her three siblings proves to the world and to their parents, how much success they have gotten in the world, even though their childhood was far from perfect.

Nothing can stop a little girl from being a successful young woman, not even our own parents. Especially small children are closely tied to their parents and their siblings, especially in a white trash family that has no money, no permeant place to live and no fixed job.
This becomes clear in the movie “The Glass Castle” from 2017, directed by Destin Cretton. Jeannette Walls life is not a dance on red roses, and therefore she has to fight for the things she wants to achieve.
