In the story “Jefferson Wears a Tie”, we hear about this guy called Jefferson. He works as a sales administration manager at a firm.
He’s very good at his job and has got potential. He’s a guy driven by his routines, and that’s what works best for him.

and he’s good at his job. He takes pride in his work. He knows that his work is top-notch, and he works hard for it, too.
