Now I will present President Obama’s action plan and the consequences that follows from the action plan.
He has announced that sweeping the climate change regulations, will be his way to cement his legacy as a world leader who fought the problem “Climate Change”.
His big action plan aims to cut the greenhouse gas emissions from US power stations, by nearly a third within 15 years.
In more technical words, he will try to reduce the carbon dioxide emissions by 32%, from 2005 levels by 2030.
If he accomplishes to reduce it that much, it would be 9% more than the proposed rules that the Obama administration earlier has made.
