But is the problem really as big as we think? Yes, according to the national institutes of health, 1 in 3 people of ages 13-18 will experience an anxiety disorder.
That is a big problem, as mental disorders like anxiety often leads to depression. Depression is a mental disorder leaving you drained, it ruins a lot, and what felt like lightweight tasks before, might feel more exhausting than ever.
