Raisuddin Bhuiyan was an Indian man with dark skin. One day, on september 21, he gets shot in the head by a white male with a lot of tattoos.

After Stroman's death Bhuiyan contacted the daughter of Stroman and told her that whatever her father had done, Bhuiyan would be there for her and help her if she needed someone to talk to.
