Britain is becoming more socially divided. The class difference and their social mobility is getting worse. A lot of young people is being held back from the opportunity of achieving a better life and status, due to their upward social mobility.
Only one out of eight young people will make it to a higher class in their adult life. It’s getting harder to “climb the social ladder” and move away from the working class.
In the videos and articles, we are overall shown the data and information on the negative development in social mobility.

The working-class is overlooked, and their educational system makes it hard to succeed in life. The young generation in the working-class are not receiving an equal start in life compared to the upper class.
In Britain they have free-school-meals schools to help the working-class, but in fact it is affecting them negatively to attend these schools.
In the free-meals-schools, they are less likely to get a higher education. In fact, there are 15% less kids that gets a higher education, than the children who do not attend free-school-meals schools.
They are also less likely to enter top university’s and higher studies. Young people from the lower classes are six times less likely to go to prestige colleges as Oxbridge.
