“I should be proud but I am afraid” is pretty much the morale of the story. The story is about a mother and her son

who is a bit crazy and have some sociopathic tendencies. The story is written as a letter, who the mother wrote. This shows that’s it not a normal short story.

So maybe he was just bored most of the time, and just wanted to get out of the house. We kinda built a relationship to the mother and son, and we get some sympathy for her trough the text.

At the same time, we getting to know the son a bit better, by some histories from his teenage years, but it’s mostly just some short histories of his childhood, but not that close because it’s just some very short, and undetailed stories.
