Visualize the American political system.
Make a drawing which can be used to describe the political system, and make a detailed explanation to the different parts of the drawing (President, Congress, House of Representatives, Senate etc.).
Supreme court:
The supreme court is the highest judicial tribunal in a political unit (such as a nation or state). also a court of original jurisdiction in New York state subordinate to a final court of appeals.
President:
The president is the person with the highest position in the US and the leader of the whole government.
Congress:
the national legislative body of the U.S., consisting of the Senate, or upper house, and the House of Representatives, as a continuous institution.
Senate:
The upper chamber is known as the Senate and was originally intended to be a regulatory group providing checks and balances for the work of the Representatives – but it has been the dominant body since the mid 19th Century.
There are fewer members of the Senate – just 100 – with each state having two senators, regardless of its size.
House of the representatives:
The House of Representatives shares equal responsibility for lawmaking with the U.S. Senate.
As conceived by the framers of the Constitution, the House was to represent the popular will, and its members were to be directly elected by the people.

3. They believe that abortion should stay legal.
4. Many Democrats support the death penalty, but almost all of the opponents of the death penalty are Democrats.
5. They believe in a progressive tax system, and that the high-income earners should be taxed at a higher rate.
