Indledning
The movie Straight outta Compton is about 5 young men from Compton I Los Angeles. We are following them in their life’s and see how thought it could be to live in America as a black in that period.
The 5 young men begins to make music together and they make a rap group called NWA (niggas with attitude). NWA are singing about their thought life’s and their bad expexperience with the police.

In the movie there are a lot of both main characters and extra characters but the fire most important for the story is Ezay E, Ice cube, Dr. Dre and Jimmy.
I have choose to focus on Ice Cube. Ice cube is a hood boy from Compton with big dreams. He use his angst in his hip-hop lyrics. Through his music he is speaking to the new generation. Ice cube is ambitius, lyrical and riotous.
He constantly gets pulled over by the police even if he really don’t do anything wrong. But he fight the police back through his rap music
The message with the movie straight outta compton is first of all that black american people in a periode in the United States was suppressed by the with people and the police.
They could search detained just for being at the wrong place at the wrong time. But there is also some other message in the movie straight outta compton.
There is a message about if you just beliave in yourself and you work hard enough so can you become everything you dreaming about.
