If this is not just another say but action, it will benefit the country a lot over the next decades. The building of the new homes is so cruel since it will start a flow of new homes.
The people moving into the new homes will leave their household for good, which means that another household is free to move into, and so on.
It is great, that the public sector makes this investment, so it is not only the businesses that will profit.
