The student Tosin Attah talks about the new slang word “BAME” and stands for “Black, Asian and minority ethnic”. "We often find that a particular organization or institution wouldn't actually just focus on that broad BAME group.
They would try and break it down.” Tosin is a girl that has heard and seen this action happen before and is sick of it. Imagine organizations and institutions splitting up you and your friend group just because of your skin color.
You would as a citizen in another country probably think this is crazy if you think about how far the world has come today with multicultural societies. According to another man named Eshaan Akbar that hates the word BAME.
He has tried a lot of different racist actions that have been taken by the government or others that is or feels like it is because of their culture. He says that the Muslim Asian people have been ignored in their community if they report an issue or so.
