Kevin Love does a great job when speaking to those who are afraid to come out of hiding in relation to addressing the importance of showing emotion.
He writes about how important it is to be honest, and why we should speak openly about our weaknesses and struggles in life, for others to see that they are not alone. This also comes across in the title of the text.
The title is catchy, and helps the reader understand Loves’ central message, “Everyone is going through something”, no matter how strong someone may appear, what they do for a living, how famous or beautiful they may be, everyone is going through something.
