The remark performed by the current president of the United States, Joe Biden at the White House on the 20th of April 2021 . The message of the speech is what needs to change based on assassination of George Floyd .
The speaker of the remark is Joe Biden, current president of the United States. Joe Biden is a U.S. politician and former vice president; he started his career in politics in 1972.
Joe Biden is a well-known person, who many people look up to, and get inspired from, and therefore suits the role of a credible speaker.
