I am writing to you in the hope of resolving an unfortunate situation regarding a larger order of 50 headsets and 25 flat panel display devices.

The purchase was made three weeks ago and was expected delivered 2 weeks ago. The purpose of this mail to address and resolve the issue so that both companies can benefit through a mutual agreement.

Since the payment has already been made, we do not wish to ask for a discount nor do we want to cancel the order.

We simply ask for you to contact us as soon as possible with a response, in the hope that the delivery can soon be made.

We are currently preparing for an e-sport event that is taking place on June 21. Therefore, we kindly request the order to be delivered no later than June 20. If these conditions can’t be met, it is with regret that we will have to cancel the order.
