I hope you’re doing good wherever you are and getting ready to face the world I live in. You have now grown old enough to read this letter, and when you do it, I hope the world is habitable.
But if climate change has made it worse, I'm terribly sorry. I am writing this letter to you because the outside world is a mess.
I want you to know so much about it so you're prepared. First, at all, I'm sorry. I'm so sorry that your generation has brought you into this mess.
