Child labor is often detrimental to children's physical and mental development. In this essay I will discuss child labor in general and its consequences.

Child labor was very bad back in time, but unfortunately still takes place to this day. Children are enslaved, isolated from their families

exposed to dangerous hazards and diseases, and often left to fend for themselves on the streets of major cities.

This often happens at a young age. That is the worst forms of child labor. The age of the child, the type and hours of work performed

and the circumstances under which it is performed all affect whether or not those type of work can be categorized as child labor.
