If your product depends on a service from a UK supplier, make sure that your UK supplier continues to comply with the terms of the contract.

In this connection, you should be aware that the provision of some services, including transport, financial or audiovisual services, requires a license or permission from an authority in an EU Member State.

In general, licenses or permits issued by UK authorities will no longer be valid throughout the EU.

As an importer, you must therefore ensure that your service provider has the required license or permit to provide the service in the EU.

It is recommended to review current contracts to ensure continued delivery from the UK market.
