Uddrag
At a TED talk in 2018, Nitah Farahany held her speech “When technology can read minds, how will we protect our privacy?”

Here she portrays memories with her family when a presidential election was arranged in 2009 in her home country Iran. The Iranian government has suppressed and controlled citizens away from any negative thoughts concerning the government.

Farahany questions potential consequences, in case the government had access to her and her family’s thoughts. As a lawyer, bioethicist and a philosopher she is concerned with technology in the future.
