The United States of America is one of the countries in the world, that still have the death penalty. But sometime the wrong people end up on the death row.

One of those people is Nick Yarris. He spent over one third of his life on the death row - for a crime he did not commit.

When Nick was 20 years old, he was first arrested after being accused of attempted kidnapping and murder of a police officer, which later was acquitted.

He tried to trade his freedom, by giving information about giving information about a woman’s murder, he had only read about in the newspaper.
