Indledning
The story revolves around Mr. Brayr, who had just attended a funeral. It was his ex-mistress Marie who he met 10 years ago, through a solicitor.
They were secretly together for 3 years, behind his wife’s back - but then she abruptly ended it. Mr. Brayr, obviously lied to his wife, about going to the funeral, due to it was his ex-mistress’s funeral

He was cheating on his wife with Marie. We find him to be very emotionally unstable and confused. Despite being extremely emotional and confused, he is also mysterious. He lies to his wife constantly, regarding where he’s going, and what he’s doing.
Furthermore, his relationship to Marie, was very happy and loving. They were happy together, and enjoyed each other’s company, to the max. .
They loved to spend time together, and kind of liked how secret and mysterious it was, until they unfortunately came to the conclusion that his wife was ruining their chance, of being together for the rest of their lives.
