I am writing to you due to the fact that the recent shipment of quilted babyblankets did not live up to its expectations.
The samples I received not too long ago were supiriour quality compared to the recent shipment, which I am of course disappointed by. The babyblankets do not feel nearly as soft as the samples and the stiching is rather poor.
I fully trust that you can live up to my expectations and in regards to this I would like to suggest the solution that I send back the recent shipment of quilted babyblankets in exchange for a new shipment in the same quality as the samples I have received prior.
Finally I look forward to hearing from you soon and will happily answer any questions you might have.
