Being a franchisee has a number of advantages. One of the main benefits is that you get to be your own boss while still having the support of a larger organization.
In addition, you are able to set your own working hours. You will also be able to decide who you are going to hire.
That being said, a franchisee does have its disadvantages. You need to be prepared to follow strict guidelines and procedures set out by the franchisor.
This can be challenging for some people who prefer to work independently. Additionally, there are often fees associated with purchasing a franchise, which can be a significant investment.
When you start to recreate a busniess it’s your responsibility to constantly renovate, add new products, and alle of this is coming out of your own pocket.
You also have the responsibility of ensuring that the business pays its debt to creditors, so there is a lot of pressure on you if you don’t pay your obligations, as it effect your own wealth.
When the opportunity to buy a franchise came up, I didn't even think about it, I said yes immediately.
I was a great opportunity to become my own boss, but I also have access to other expertise. Before I became a franchisee I had my own company, but it didn’t work for me.
