My motivation for a career with The Cheesecake Factory is three-fold. Firstly, I believe that The Cheesecake Factory employs both extremely talented and fun people, thus I am eager to grow into a part of The Cheesecake Factory family and come to be capable colleague.
Secondly, The Cheesecake Factory offers an attractive environment to me. The surroundings in which The Cheesecake Factory work is highly dynamic and fast-paced – which is partially reflected by your great success within the restaurant industry.
Thirdly, I am drawn to the nature of business, and I have always had an interest in cooking and baking.
So, with an offering of a wide array of products and a broad spectrum of foodservices covered within the restaurant space, I am in no doubt that the experience alone will be educational, which is paramount for me.
