The two following texts describe the circumstances and the rioting in London, which have spread to Manchester and Birmingham. They describe what caused the riots in UK, and what there can be done to prevent these.
The first text is a news report written by Al Pessin, and it presents views on why the riots began from David Cameron, Chris Hamnett, Basani Mabyalane and Erica Lopez.
Prime Minister David Cameron is negative concerning the protesters as they commit vandalism, and steal from shops and the like. In his optics, these young people are irresponsible, bad behaved, and victims of bad upbringing of their parents.

The request to the Parliament about more actions from the police in the demonstrations is simultaneously a very aggressive and unprofessional attack on young protesters and politicians.
In my optics, they should recognize the rights that form the bases for integration in the United Kingdom and not encourage the country to throw migrants out if they demonstrate.
