In an interview, Tupac said THUG LIFE was actually standing for 'The Hate U Give Little Infants Fucks Everyone'.
“Silence is a must, violence is a plus”
“And now I'm in the rap game. Like the crack game, I got enemies”
“Pick a spot to be buried. 'Cause I'll be buckin' in a fuckin' hurry”
The song’s about a former drug dealer, who has changed profession and is now a rapper.
He describes the environments identical. Both environments are dangerous and contain drugs and thugs.
Tupac shall be careful and go about things quietly so nothing happens to him. Quotes from the song that describes this are “Pick a spot to be buried.
'Cause I'll be buckin' in a fuckin' hurry” and “And now I'm in the rap game. Like the crack game, I got enemies”.
These quotes say that he should be very careful, and he shall not do anything wrong because he got enemies.

Drugs come from somewhere, and they’re destroying our community,” he says.
“You got folks like Brenda, who think they need them to survive, and then you got the Khalils, who think they need to sell them to survive.
The Brendas can’t get jobs unless they’re clean, and they can’t pay for rehab unless they got jobs.
When the Khalils get arrested for selling drugs, they either spend most of their life in prison, another billion-dollar industry, or they have a hard time getting a real job and probably start selling drugs again.
That’s the hate they’re giving us, baby, a system designed against us. That’s Thug Life.”people will keep rioting until it changes.. We can’t be silent.”
