Have you ever felt at unease, dreading the worst in every possible situation, feeling like the world was watching every action of yours? Are you often in situations where you feel nervous, tense and maybe even unable to relax because of the thoughts in your head?

Today we prioritize mental health, and while trying to make the government make it just as important as hospitals, we help each other. There are thousands of organizations that are willing to help anyone that wants to get help.
Our generation have fought for our mental health, we have fought for a voice among the elderly. Trying to save ourselves from falling apart and saving a future that depends on our ability to function. A battle worth fighting for, I would say.

I want to do it all. I want to experience everything my youth have to offer. I want to live while I’m young, but I still have to care for my future.
