Indledning
Amendments are additions to the Constitution of the United States, and the Bill of Rights is the term for the first ten amendments (there are 27 in all).
In the Bill of Rights, we find the Second Amendment, which by many is seen as the document that gives all Americans the right to own and carry guns.
