More disposable income for low-wage households generally leads to more spending within the local economy.
A report from the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago demonstrated that a $1 hourly increase in the minimum wage could boost consumer spending amongst households with minimum wage workers by as much as $2,080 per household annually.
Many of those dollars are likely to flow to small and midsize businesses within those households' local communities.

I want to write an analytical essay of Boris Johnson’s speech. He delivered the speech on 4 February, and the speech was giving in the UK COP26 meeting in Glasgow in November 2021.
Johnson was giving the speech in course of “bring the parties together to accelerate action towards the goals of the Paris Agreement and the UN Frame Convention on Climate Change”.
The analysis will be focused on linguistic features, the structure and modes of persuasion, and later on I will assess if Johnson is successful in communication his message.
