9th September 2001 was a remarkable day, but not in a good way, for everyone in the whole world.

Because suicide attackers seized US passenger jets and crashed them into two New York skyscrapers, killing thousands of people.

Never so extensive acts of terrorism cost so many people their lives. In all 2.977 people, excluding the 19 hijackers, from around 77 different countries lost their lives that day or the following days.

Including the firefighters who had worked in toxic debris. The firefighters and other rescue men will always be remembered for having helped in this terrifying tragedy.

After the two twin towers collapsed, the consideration was given to build them again because the twin towers of the Worlds Trade Center were more than just buildings.
